PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return grains remaining in a grain feeding tank and in a grain conveying route to the operation room side by a simple work, and as much grains as possible when polishing work is finished halfway owing to circumstances such as stoppage of the polishing work due to an overload of a rice polishing device in a rice polishing facility having a grain feeding tank for a worker to feed grains, an operation room provided with an operation panel for setting the polishing degree, a rice polishing device, and a grain conveying route for conveying grains to the rice polishing device. SOLUTION: In this rice polishing facility having a raw material feeding tank for an worker to feed grains, an operation room provided with an operation panel for setting the polishing degree, a rice polishing device, and a grain conveying route for conveying the grains to the rice polishing device, in the grain conveying route 6, a return route 70 for returning the grains fed into the raw material feeding tank to the operation room side is connected, and also a switching means 76 for switching the grain conveying route 6 to the return path side is provided.
