PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary toilet that can be built easily and featuring good water resistance, strength and durability. SOLUTION: A toilet booth 2 is housed in a housing tub 1 embedded underground, the top of the housing tub 1 is covered with a cover plate shaped supporting floor member 4 having a drop opening 3 in the central portion, and the top of the supporting floor member 4 is covered with a cover 5. The housing tub 1 is formed of concrete so that weight (t)/content volume (m3) may be 0.5 to 1.5. To use, the housing tub 1 is used as an excrement tub by drawing out the toilet booth 2 from the housing tub 1 and covering the top of the housing tub 1 with the supporting floor member 4, and fixing the toilet booth 2 onto the supporting floor member 4.
