PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the opening of a differential pressure regulating valve when fuel inside an inlet valve is moved during running of a car. SOLUTION: A fuel tank main body 10 is connected to a canistor 20 by means of a breather line 22 for preventing discharge of vapor to the atmosphere at the time of oil supply. The breather line 22 is connected to a main pressure chamber 18A of a pressure difference valve 18, while a back pressure chamber 18B is connected to an inlet pipe 12 by means of a pressure control line 24. Valve opening pressure P1 of a negative pressure valve arranged on a fuel cap 14 is set lower than valve opening pressure P2 of a diaphragm of the pressure difference valve 18, that is, P1<P2. When fuel 62A in the inlet pipe 12 is moved in a direction of an arrow A, the valve of the fuel cap 14 is opened prior to the opening of the diaphragm of the pressure difference valve 18.
