PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixture excellent in chemical multifunctionality, etc., useful as an adhesive agent in self-adhesive agents or sealants, as a binder in dyes or coating materials, for modifying or crosslinking organic resins by making the mixture include a specific chain siloxane oligomer and a cyclic siloxane oligomer. SOLUTION: This mixture includes a chain siloxane oligomer and a cyclic siloxane oligomer shown by formula I and formula II [R is an aminopropyl functional group of the formula (CH2)3-NH2 or the like, methoxy, or the like, wherein <=1 aminopropyl functional group is bound to one silicon atom; 2<m<30; 3<=n<=30; molar ratio: Si/alkoxy >=0.5], respectively; wherein the alkoxy group accounts for pref. 0.1-50 wt.% of the whole mixture. This mixture is obtained, for example, by hydrolytic condensation between 3- aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and n-propyltrimethoxysilane in the presence of water and methanol.
