PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle which can be applied easily even to an existing handle and has a grip portion that rotates relative to the main body portion for protecting a wrist or arm of human body from a force applied in an unusual direction. SOLUTION: A grip member 3 comprising a round pipe member is fitted in a rotatable manner to a main body portion 1a of a pair of L-shaped handle members 1, 1 made of a round pipe member; a nut 4 is fixed to a main body portion 1a of a handle member 1 to which a stud bolt 5 fixed to the main body portion 1a of another handle member 1 is screwed and tip faces 1c, 1c of the main body portions 1a, 1a of the handle member 1, 1 are butted to a stopper projection 6 of the middle portion of the inner surface of the grip member 3.
