PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a sheave from being released from a latch member even when a snap pin is forgotten to be inserted by providing a holding member holding the front face of the sheave on the latch member in a hoisting machine lifting or lowering a deck device along a pair of guide poles. SOLUTION: A pair of guide poles 2 are assembled on the right and left, and a latch member 4 is fitted to their upper ends. The wire rope 7 of a winding machine is hooked on a sheave 8 provided on the latch member 4. An L-shaped hook 9 serving as a holding member is fixed to the face of the latch member 4 where the sheave 8 is fitted. A snap pin 12 is inserted from above into a hole 11a provided at the tip of a shaft 11 extended horizontally from the upper section of the back face of the sheave 8 to fix the sheave 8 to the latch member 4. Even if a worker forgets to insert the snap pin 12, the hook 9 is located in the releasing direction of the sheave 8 to suppress the front face of the sheave 8, thus the removal of the shaft 11, i.e., the release of the sheave 8, can be prevented.
