PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect imperfect screw fastening by the number of rotation of a screw at the time of fastening the screw on a work by an electric driver. SOLUTION: A detection means 11 to detect rotation of an electric driver 18, a detected rotation number memory part 15b to memorize screw length for each of the screws, a sampling rotation number memory part 15a to memorize the screw length provided by sampling, a setting memory part 15d to set and memorize set screw length as a specified rate of the screw length, a screw number memory part 15c to set and memorize the number of screws and a fastening number measuring part 19 to measure the number of the screw to fasten, are provided, and the number of the screws and the set screw length are respectively set and memorized for each of the sampling.
