PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling and folding of a table. SOLUTION: To fixed lengs 6 fixed below a table 2, movable legs 7 are connected pivotally under the state that a locking mechanism 12 for locking a movable leg in an upright state at the joint 9 of each movable leg 7. Between the middle portion 8 of each movable leg 7 and each fixed leg 6 on the opposite side of the movable leg 7, stays 18 are spanned crosswise. Under the state that the stays are spanned and the movable legs 7 are supported in their upright state and, at the same time, each locking mechanism 12 locks the rotation of each movable leg 7.
