PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal the opening parts of two chambers with one sealing member by composing the sealing member of a partition seal part for partitioning the opening parts of two chambers and an outer peripheral seal part surrounding the outer peripheries of the opening parts of two chambers, and integrally forming the partition seal part with outer peripheral seal part. SOLUTION: A sealing member is composed of a nearly elliptic outer peripheral seal part of circular cross section formed to be fitted into a nearly elliptic outer peripheral groove part 51a surrounding the outer peripheral side of opening parts of chambers 30, 31, and a linear partition seal part formed to be fitted into a linear partition groove part 51b partitioning the adjacent parts of the chambers 30, 31. A connection part between the outer peripheral seal part and the partition seal part is provided with a slightly thin-walled escape part. When assembling components into both chambers 30, 31 of a housing 18, the sealing member is fitted into a seal groove 51, and a resin cover is fixed to the housing 18 to seal the opening parts of the first and second chambers 30, 31.
