PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with housing matters of different length by detachably providing a partition member on the communication part of the center of planar view substantially cross-shaped underground housing closet connecting four small housing parts circulating around one clustered column. SOLUTION: The oblique sides of four hexagonal division carriages 7 cutting the two rectangular corners are connected by centering one clustered column 1 under a floor to form the carriage device B of a planar view substantially cross-shaped underfloor housing closet A. Wheels 27 are provided on the inside and outside of the carriage device B, and the inside wheels 27 travelingly engage a circular track provided on the periphery of the clustered column 1. Four small housing parts 2 similar in planar view are detachably mounted on the carriage device 2 to form a large planar view substantially cross-shaped housing part 3 so as to detachably attach a partition member 6 to a central communication part 5. In addition, a corner housing part 32 is mounted on a corner frame 9 between the division carriages bodies 7. The cover of an opening part provided on the floor material is opened to rotate the underground housing closet A and housing matters of different length can be housed by properly attaching and detaching the partition member 6.
