SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pouring layer-by-layer and alternatively powders of substrate and tool materials; forming in first layer shaped surface of blank in the form of paraboloid of revolution and acting upon blank by high pressure and temperature; at pouring powder materials to pressmold rotating it around its own axis with angular velocity determined by dependance Vu>Vn, where Vu - angular velocity of rotating pressform with powder of tool material, Vn - angular velocity of rotating pressform with powder of substrate material; at first pouring to pressform powder of substrate material then - powder of tool material or at first pouring powder of tool and then powder of substrate material.
