Base consists of solid confectionery fat based on plasticized hydrogenated fat or mixture of mono-, di- and triglycerides of natural saturated fatty acids with length of carbon chain C12-C18. Invention provides possibility of using the proposed medicinal agent "Nigepan" in acute external and internal hemorrhoidal nodes and in acute inflammatory pain anal syndrome.
