PURPOSE: An electric heating plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform more precise molding by using a synthetic material or synthetic material foil, and improve the thermal conduction and temperature stability since the synthetic material foil is stretched. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing electric heating plates(11-15), the plateshaving a fluid passing space is formed with a synthetic material or a synthetic material foil such as inflammable polypropylene by deep drawing method by utilizing compression air, the foil of synthetic material is stretched 80-300% from an initial material, a front edge(1) and a side edge(2) of the plates are adjacent to each other for sealing fluid, the plates are coupled with each other by adhesion, compression, thermal welding, pulse welding, and ultrasonic or vibration welding.
