After the surface of the permanent magnet is cleaned by, e.g., an ion sputtering method, an Al film is formed on the surface of the magnet as an intermediate layer, an AlN, TiN, AlxN film is formed on the surface of the intermediate layer by a thin film forming method such as ion plating in an N2 gas and a Ti1,AlxN film is formed by a thin film forming method such as ion reaction plating in an N2 gas. |
