PURPOSE: A carbolate solution which can produce a foam structure having improved tensile strength and attrition behavior of the outer surface, and reduced demanding conditions for foam forming and catalyst, as well as having reduced time in a mold and giving good visual effects is provided by using middle part of a polyisocyanate together with it in producing foam structures. CONSTITUTION: A carbolate solution can be obtained by reacting at least one or more alkane with carbon dioxide in at least one organic compound which has at least one hydroxyl group and molecular weight of 60-600 as a solvent. Thus produced carbolate solution is including a carbon dioxide combined with an alkanol amine selected from the three following chemical formulas (1), (2) and (3) in the ratio of 0.51mol or more per alkanol amine 1mol. The formula (1) is NH2-X-OH, the formula (2) is HO-X-Y-OH, and the formula (3) is HO-X-NR¬9-(CR¬7R¬8)n5-Y-OH, wherein X means -£(CR¬1R¬2)n1-NR|n2-£(CR¬4R¬5)n3-NR¬6|n4-(CR¬7R¬8)n5-, Y means -£NR-(CR¬4R¬5)n3|n4-£NR¬3-(CR¬1R¬2)n1|n2-, n1, n3 and n5 mean an integer, same or different, selected from 1-4, n2 and n4 mean an integer, same or different, selected from 0-6, providing that the sum of n2 and n4 in X and Y is greater than 1, R¬1, R¬2, R¬4, R¬5, R¬7 and R¬8 are same or different radical groups selected from a group comprising hydrogen, aliphatic radical having 1-20 of carbons, cycloaliphatic radical, aralphatic radical and aromatic radical, and R¬3, R¬6 and R¬9 are same or different radical groups selected from a group comprising hydrogen, aliphatic radical having 1-20 of carbons, cycloaliphatic radical, aralphatic radical and aromatic radical.
