PURPOSE: A loaded machine for a two-wheeled vehicle is provided to have excellent operating performance and waterproof property and to be prevented from robbing. CONSTITUTION: A loaded machine such as an automatic pay check(9) is stored in a space(7) made into an attaching stay(1) and a cover(2). The space is a waterproof structure and a vibration resistant structure by a packing(8). A ventilating hole(16) is installed on the bottom of the attaching stay for conducting a respiratory function. A moisture filter(15) is also installed on the attaching stay for protecting the pay check from moisture or dust.
