PURPOSE: A slide locking device of seat of vehicle is provided to prevent locking interruption between a locking hook and a locking hole. CONSTITUTION: A slide locking device of seat of vehicle comprises a locking plate(110) and a locking bar(115). The locking plate(110) is bent to one side of an inducing rail which is fixed on bottom of chassis of a vehicle. A plurality of locking holes(112) are formed on the locking plate(110). The edges of the locking holes(112) are inducing surface(120) with inclined form. The locking bar(115) has a plurality of locking hooks(114) facing the locking plate(110) on one side thereof and a locking lever on the end portion of the other side thereof. Therefore, the passengers harmonically control a seat space by diminishing gaps of each locking hole of the locking plate with each locking hooks of the locking bar through guiding the entry of the locking hooks into the locking holes when locking.
