PURPOSE: A heat sink for electric/electronic elements and an apparatus and a method for producing thereof are provided to produce a heat sink that makes less noise and consumes no electricity. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink for electric/electronic elements and an apparatus and a method for producing thereof include a heat absorber, a plurality of unit heat sinks(10), and a link(17). The plurality of unit heat sinks(10) are coupled with one another to form the heat absorber contacting a heat emission side of the electric/electronic elements. The plurality of unit heat sinks(10) are also spaces from one another to form each of a heat emitter(13). The link(17) combines the plurality of unit heat sinks(10). The heat sink(1) further includes a plurality of spacers(11) separating the emitting side of each unit heat sink(10) from the other emitting side of the other unit heat sink(10).
