PURPOSE: An electro luminescence display device of an active type is provided to mitigate a drop of a display brightness by suppressing a wire resistance outside a display region. CONSTITUTION: An electro luminescence display device of an active type comprises an electro luminescence panel(30) which has a hole transfer layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transfer layer, and a cathode(55) sequentially formed on an anode(51). The cathode(55) is a common electrode of all pixels, and is connected to a connection terminal(36) of a signal input substrate(35). The wiring with the connection terminal(36) is formed so as to have a stack structure of the cathode material layer(55) and the conductive material(33). |
