PURPOSE: A switching circuit is provided to simplify a circuit, and to improve a conversion efficiency by lowering an on-resistance and a loss. CONSTITUTION: A switching circuit comprises a switching transistor(Q1) which is connected in serial a direct current power(Vin). At a primary coil(N1) of a transformer(Tr), a diode(D1) is connected in reserve parallel with the switching transistor(Q1). At a secondary coil(N2) of the transformer, a diode(D2) and a condenser(Co) are connected in series, and a load(Ro) is connected in parallel with the condenser(Co). The switching transistor(Q1) consists of a metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor of a super junction structure. |
