PURPOSE: An audio processing device, a receiver and a filtering method for filtering effective signals and recovering filtered signals when periphery noise is present are provided to enhance the audible comportment of a user even in noise environment, particularly elongated usage. CONSTITUTION: An audio processing device for filtering effective signals and recovering filtered signals when periphery noise is present comprises a microphone(11), an acquisition and conversion block(12), a spectrum analysis block(13), a filter block(14), an amp and conversion block(15) and a speaker(16). The microphone(11) captures periphery noise. The acquisition/conversion block(12) converts analog noise signals received through the microphone(11) into digital noise signals corresponding to the periphery noise, which is processed through the spectrum analysis block(13) for extracting a pectrum envelope and inducing the parameter of the signals.
