PURPOSE: A fluid coupling is provided to remove the cause of lowering flow rate with securing the advantage of using a block type coupling member having V type passage. CONSTITUTION: In a fluid coupling having a first coupling member(12) and a second coupling member(31) in which annular protrusions(71a,72a) formed for pressing a gasket in the conjugated end part, and a round annular gasket(73) inserted between both coupling members, fluid passages(75,76) of the coupling members is formed with an aperture passages(75a,76a) vertical to the conjugated end part, and main passages(75a,76b) slantwise connected to the aperture passages, a diameter of the aperture passages become same as the inside diameter of the annular protrusions for pressing the gasket, so that the inside diameter of the gasket is smaller than the diameter of the aperture passages. |
