PURPOSE: A noise suppressing apparatus is provided to suppress noise at a high frequency band over a GHz frequency and at a low frequency band below the GHz frequency. CONSTITUTION: A noise suppressing apparatus comprises a coil conductor(2), a pair of external electrodes(3a,3b), and a ground electrode(4). The coil conductor(2) is disposed in a magnetic substance(1) such as a ferrite magnetic substance having a substantially rectangle shape. Both ends of the coil conductor(2) are exposed at both ends of the magnetic substance in a length direction. The pair of external electrodes(3a,3b) are disposed at an opposite end of the magnetic substance(1) so that both ends of the coil conductor(2) are electrically connected to the external electrodes(3a,3b), respectively. The ground electrode(4) is disposed so as to cover a total surface of the magnetic substance(1) substantially.
