<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly produce a laminate wherein a nonwoven fabric and a synthetic resin foam are certainly and integrally fused and to efficiently produce a drug-containing self-adhesive product having high strength by transferring a drug containing self-adhesive layer to said laminate without deteriorating the drug in the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A polyester nonwoven fabric 2 having a polyethylene layer 3 formed to the single surface thereof is thermally fused to polyethylene foam 1 so that the polyethylene layer 3 thereof is superposed on the foam 1 while the surface of the polyethylene layer 3 is heated by an infrared heater 6 to produce the laminate 7 consisting of the nonwoven fabric 2 and the synthetic resin foam 1. The surface of the nonwoven fabric of this laminate is heated by an infrared heater and a hot-melt drug self-adhesive layer on process paper is transferred to the surface of the nonwoven fabric to produce a drug self-adhesive product.</p> |
