<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To burn the sludge of high water content as it is by selecting the material for a fluidized bed among the prescribed materials when the air is blown from an air diffusion plate onto the material of the fluidized bed above the air diffusion plate in a combustion furnace and the combustible is burned with the material of the fluidized bed as the fluidized layer. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed type combustion device 1 is provided with a combustion furnace 2. An air diffusion plate 3 is provided on a lower part of the combustion furnace 2. A part below the air diffusion plate 3 is an air chamber 4, and an air feed pipe 6 one end of which is connected to a discharge port of a fan 5 is opened in the air chamber. The material M for the fluidized bed is placed above the air diffusion plate 3, and for the material M of the fluidized bed, at least one kind selected from the group of BaO.6Al2 O3 , SrO.6Al2 O3 , CaO.6Al2 O3 , MgAl2 O4 +α, ZrO2 +α, K2 O.llAl2 O3 , and La2 O3 .llAl2 O3 is selected.</p> |
