<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load sheet bundle as many as possible without spoiling the loading ability of the sheet bundle loaded on a tray. SOLUTION: This sheet treating device is provided with a sheet positioning member 23 temporarily containing the sheets discharged from a device body 1, a stippler unit 18 to bind the sheets at their nearly center part, rollers 26 and 27 to fold the bound sheet in two at their nearly center, a pair of a sheet discharging roller 30 and 31 to discharge the bound and folded sheets, discharge speed controlling device, sheet bundle counting means and discharged sheet tray 32 to contain the sheet bundles discharged from the discharge means. Sheet bundle discharging speed is changed according to the result of counting.</p> |
