<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply manufacturing a plate-like cover lid which is formed to protrude upward without a large-scaled apparatus. SOLUTION: After a fiber reinforced uncured thermosetting resin layer is formed on a face to be a rear of a plate made of fiber reinforced resin foam, the uncured thermosetting resin is heated to set and shrink so that the plate made of the fiber reinforced resin foam is positioned on an upper side. At this time, an upper surface of a laminate which is shaped to protrude upward is covered by the fiber reinforced resin layer to provide a three-layered laminate which is formed to be protrude upward. In addition, while the face to be a rear of the plate 1 made of the fiber reinforced resin foam is facing upward, a surface of a shape which is shaped to protrude downward by a jig 3 is covered by the fiber reinforced resin layer. A resulted two-layered laminate protruding downward is inverted, and its surface is covered by the fiber reinforced resin layer, providing a three-layered laminate formed to protrude upward.</p> |
