<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a luminous pigment composition capable of judging true or false by a method irradiating it with a fluorescent lamp, etc., in a room and having a function improving forgery-preventing property of printed matter, etc., by making the pigment composition include a specific multilayer film-coated powder and a luminous substance. SOLUTION: This pigment composition comprises (A) multilayer film-coated powder having plural coated films on substrate particles and (B) a light-storing substance. Powder having various kinds of properties such as magnetism, ferroelectricity or electroconductivity can be used as a substrate. A metal (compound), an organic substance, an inorganic substance, etc., can be used as the material of the substrate. The substrate particles are coated with plural coating layers having different refractive indexes. As a result, these particles can be colored by the interference color. The material constituting the coating layer includes an inorganic metal compound, a metal or alloy or an organic substance. The component B includes CaS:Bi (purple-blue luminescence), CaSrS:Bi (blue luminescence) and ZnS:Cu (green luminescence), and the like.</p> |
