PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent a variation of a sprinkling density of a spacer corpuscle so as to have a uniform cell cap. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a liquid crystal display device comprises an amount sensing unit(16) which is installed at a container(4) of putting a sprinkling solution. The amount sensing unit(16) senses the amount of the sprinkling solution(1) which is varied according to a spray sprinkling. A controller(11) is connected to the amount sensing unit(16), and a spray time control part(17) is embedded in the controller(11). The amount sensing unit(16) calculates the amount of the sprinkling solution(1) in the container(4), sends amount information to the spray time control part(17). The spray time control part(17) calculates spray time to be sprinkled next from the amount information. The spray time control part(17) changes a setting of a timer to control electronic valves(10a,10b) so that the same sprinkling density as a previous sprinkling process is obtained.
