PURPOSE: A memory address transfer method is provided to reduce a waiting time. CONSTITUTION: In a method for transferring an address of a memory which has an address bus(19a), a data bus(19b), an address strobe line(19c) and a clock line(19d). An initial address of a write point of time is set to the address bus(19a) and the data bus(19b). A part of the initial address is transferred through the address bus(19a), and a part of the initial address is transferred through the data bus(19b). The initial address transferred through the address bus(19a) is one of row and column addresses, and the initial address transferred through the data bus(19b) is the other of the row and column addresses. |
