<p>PURPOSE: Provided is certain pharmaceutically active substituted 6,6hetero-bicyclic derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and methods of administering them to subjects in need of their corticotrophin releasing factor antagonist activity. CONSTITUTION: Provided is the compounds of formula (I), wherein A, B, D, E, K, G, R(3)and R(5) are defined as in the specification, and to the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of such compounds. Compounds (I) are corticotrophin releasing factor (hormone) CRF (CRH) antagonists.</p> |
