A device at electrical apparatuses having a cooling arrangement with at least one conduit (26) for circulating a liquid cooling medium therein for cooling the electrical apparatus in question has the cooling conduit so that it may be opened for possible exchange of sections thereof and/or parts of the electrical apparatus. The device comprises means (30-33) for optional connection of the conduit at at least one location to a negative air pressure for preventing leakage of liquid cooling medium out of the cooling conduit when this is opened.
