NON-LUBRICATED COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A non-lubricated compressor is provided to allow leakage to an upper chamber of a piston from a lower chamber in an intake stroke and to improve sealing performance in a compressing stroke. CONSTITUTION: By the rotation of a crank shaft(25), a slider(29) installed on a crank pin(28) is moved while drawing a circular orbit around the center of the crank shaft. The slider moves in a window hole(32) of a slider frame(31), thus the slider frame performs rectilinear movement by a sine upward and downward. A piston(2) reciprocates in a cylinder(1) via a piston rod(22) connected to the slider frame. Air is sucked into the cylinder via a suction passage from a suction hole(21a) by the descent of the piston. By a passage from a lower chamber(10) of the piston - the gap between the lower face of a ring groove(3) and the lower face of a lower outer ring or the lower face of an inner ring - the gap between the inner circumferential face of the inner ring and the bottom face of the ring groove - an air passage and an upper chamber of the piston - the leakage to the upper chamber from the lower chamber is permitted. Thereby the pressure in the lower chamber in the cylinder does'n't rise.
