PURPOSE: A micro injecting device is provided to prevent leakage of working solution by strengthening the contacting force between a protecting film and a heating chamber barrier layer and avoiding degradation of insulating function of the protecting film. CONSTITUTION: A combination facilitating layer(20) is formed between a protecting film(2) and a heating chamber barrier layer(5). The combination facilitating layer is formed on the front face of the protecting film to contact a heating layer(20), an electrode layer(3) and the heating chamber layer and performs for improving the contacting force between the protecting film and the heating chamber barrier layer. Even if a negative effect due to high temperature and high humidity is given to the interface between the protecting film and the heating chamber barrier layer, the protecting layer is not separated from the heating chamber barrier layer. Herein, generation of a gap is prevented, thus the leakage of working solution filled in a heating chamber(4) to the protecting film is avoided. Thereby, the protecting film maintains insulating function for long time.
