PURPOSE: A method of channel tuning for TV is provided by controlling a first VCO and then a second VCO after controlling the receiving frequency into the predetermined frequency for discriminating the precisely tuning as the predetermined frequency. CONSTITUTION: A method of channel tuning for TV includes a step (302S) for inputting a VCO control key when turing on TV and starting tuning. A step (303S) is to perform the first VCO control and then performing a tuning. A step (305S) is to discriminate the completion of the tuning as the predetermined frequency. A step is to repeat the above steps until it is controlled to the predetermined frequency.
