PURPOSE: A device for evaluating kindness of response by telephone is provided to evaluate the kindness and output the results of the evaluation to a responsor, thereby enhancing the kindness of the responsor. CONSTITUTION: A device for evaluating kindness of response by telephone comprises a hook switch(105), a telephone connection sensor(106), a tone signal sensor(107), a controller(108), an input(109), an output(110), a conversation contents memory(111), a kindness point and code memory(112), a voice synthesizer(113) and a signal line(114). The telephone connection sensor(106) senses the connection between a user telephone and a responsor's telephone. The voice synthesizer(113) informs the user that this call is a call for evaluating kindness if the connection is sensed.
