PURPOSE: A trigger gear for vehicle is provided to eliminate the occurrence of spring back when pressing, thereby cutting down the number of inferior goods. CONSTITUTION: The trigger gear for vehicle is fixed with bolt to a balance weight inserted in a crank shaft on lower end of a cylinder block of an engine. The trigger gear(100) is formed from metal powder by powder forging of green forming in a metal mold. A steel ring(106) having a bolting hole(104) in middle thereof is inserted into a fixing hole of the trigger gear(100). A rubber material(108) is fused and solidified between an outer periphery of the steel ring(106) and the fixing hole of the trigger gear(100), thereby fixing the steel ring(106). Therefore, prior spring backs occurring when pressing is eliminated by forming the trigger gear through the powder forging.
