PURPOSE: A ratchet structure for car video cassette recorder is provided to improve the currently normalized structure of car video cassette recorder having some problems to change a pin, taking so much time to handle and being quite complicated to assemble and disassemble. CONSTITUTION: A ratchet structure for car video cassette recorder comprises main chassis(30) where a main circuit board and a deck is installed, a pin(50) made of steel to be durable and fitting well with the length of ratchet bracket a ratchet bracket(40), and a locking bolt(60) passing through a ratchet bracket(40) and a main chassis(30) to fix tightly together, so that people easily change only a deformed and damaged pin from a disassembled ratchet bracket by loosening a locking bolt(60) or change a ratchet bracket(40) including a pin(50) provided as a package and can save lots of time because of an easy working process.
