PURPOSE: A door trim flowing preventing structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent clearance of a weather strip of a door trim and a window glass due to a flowing of the door trim according to a mounting condition or an assembling condition of the door trim. CONSTITUTION: A door trim flowing preventing structure of a vehicle forms many ribs(130) on upper inner surface thereof. Each of the ribs(130) form a fitting groove(131) beneath thereof. Therefore, if front ends(600) of an inner panel(200) and a reinforcing panel(300) are inserted into the fitting groove(300), the flowing of the door trim is prevented, so that intake of a strange material or water or abnormal operation of a window glass due to a weight increasing of the window glass can be prevented.
