Two variables (m,J) are provided satisfying an equation N=2m*J. The K-th bit symbol is read from an address of memory (212) determined by 2m(K mod J)+BRO(K/J), where BRO is a function for converting binary value to a decimal value by bit reversing, K lies between 0-(N-1), N is a binary value. The variable (m) indicates number of consecutive zero (0) bits from least significant bit (LSB), when size (N) is expressed as a binary value. The variable (J) indicates a decimal value corresponding to truncated bits other than consecutive zero bits from LSB, when size (N) is expressed as a binary value. An independent claim is also included for bit reversal interleaver. |
