PROCESSING METHOD OF CERAMIC GREEN SHEET AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A processing method of a ceramic green sheet and its apparatus are provided, to reduce the time needed to form the array of penetrating holes on a green sheet and to save the cost. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam is radiated to the ceramic green sheet of drum circumference with the cylindrical drum to whose circumference at least one ceramic green sheet is attached rotated around its central axis, and thereby a processing is performed in one cycle. At least one among the drum and the beam radiating position is moved to the direction of drum central line, thereby the processing circle is modified. The processing apparatus comprises a cylindrical drum(11); at least one sheet of ceramic green sheet(GS) attached to the circumference of the drum(11); a beam radiating device which radiates the laser beam(LB) to the ceramic green sheet(GS); the first working device which rotates the drum(11) around its central line; the second working devide which moves at least one among the rotating drum(11) and the beam radiation device to the direction of the central line of the drum(11); a processing device which rotates the drum(11) by the first working device and radiates the laser beam(LB) from the beam radiating device; and a processing circle modifying device which moves the at least one among the rotating drum(11) and the beam radiation device to the direction of the central line of the drum(11).
