PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the presence of a display invisible when information display is not carried out at the time of displaying the prescribed information on a design panel by the display behind the same. SOLUTION: A translucent mirror 12 is installed behind a translucent decorative plate 11 and the display 13 is installed behind this mirror so that the translucent mirror 12 is visible as if the mirror is evenly laminated on the rear surface of the decorative plate 11 when a viewer views the decorative plate 11. The display image from the display 13 is displayed only part thereof. The patterns of the decorative plate 11 are recognized in stress by the reflected light from the translucent mirror 12 and the presence of the display 13 is no more visible from outside at the time of non-display of the display 13.
