PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material comprising a specified reducing agent and a hydrophobic binder and effectively reducible in fog by incorporating a specified compound. SOLUTION: The heat-developable photosensitive material comprises a nonphotosensitive organic silver salt, silver halide, the reducing agent to be allowed to reduce the silver ions to silver by being activated with heat, and the hydrophobic binder and further, the compound having isocyanate groups and the compounds represented by formulae I-IV in which X1 and X2 is a halogen atom; each of Q1 and Q2 is a heterocyclic group; each of Y1-Y5 is a -SO2- or -SO- group or the like; (m) is 0 or 1; Q3 is a pyridine ring or the like; Q4 is an aliphatic group or the like; Y3 is the same as Y1; in formula I (n) is 0 or 1; each of R2 and R3 is an aliphatic group or the like; each of Y4 and Y5 is the same as Y1 is formula I; and Z1 is an atomic group necessary to form a 3--10-membered ring.
