PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting and bearing tool capable of preventing camera shake at the time of photographing by a camera or the like by setting a stick, a pickel or a cane used as a supporting base and using a bearing shoe corresponding to the supporting base. SOLUTION: A supporting ball 2 is supported and born by the recessed hole 3 of the bearing shoe 4 provided on a bearing shoe mounting tool 7 which is screwed in the screw hole for a tripod of the camera or the like by a screw 5. The supporting and bearing tool is constituted of a screw-cut projecting screw 21 made of metal or synthetic resin and provided to be screwed and inserted in the upper end of the supporting base 1 of a ski stick and the integrally molded supporting ball 2.
