PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide camera water-proof holding structure realizing perfect water-proof structure and making the camera freely rotate by connecting respective cover bodies by a slip-type O-ring. SOLUTION: This water-proof holding structure is equipped with the 2nd cover body 4 with which the camera 3 is covered, the 1st cover body 5 with which a driving part is covered, and the slip-type O-ring 7 provided between the respective cover bodies 4 and 5. Then, the camera 3 and the 2nd cover body 4 are simultaneously rotated, and the respective cover bodies 4 and 5 are constituted to relatively freely rotate through the slip-type O-ring 7.
