PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dewing, and to improve the measuring accuracy by providing a dry air introducing passage for supplying dry air by passing through the vicinity of a measuring window part in a main body. SOLUTION: The dry air introducing passage 11 is arranged in a main body 1, and dry air B is supplied so as to pass through a lens 4 and the vicinity of a measuring window part 5. A dry air stopping valve 12 is arranged at the inlet of the dry air introducing passage 11, and a valve driving device 13 closes it at measuring time on the basis of a measuring state notifying signal C to stop the inflow of the dry air B. A check valve 14 is arranged at the outlet of the dry air introducing passage 11 to prevent the inflow of outside air so as not to dew the inside of the main body 1 since the outside air flows backward even at introduction interrupting time of the dry air B by the measuring state notifying signal C to thereby prevent dewing on the periphery of an optical part such as the lens 4 and the measuring window part 5 inside of the main body 1 by the dry air B, so that a measuring accuracy-improved flowing type cell can be provided.
