METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PULVERIZING AND DRYING BY USING MULTIPLE BURNER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for pulverizing and drying by using multiple burners by which a high-quality dried article having less heat damages can be obtained by improving the agitation, pulverization, and drying of an object to be treated in a treating tank and to enable stable and economical operation. SOLUTION: A treating tank 1 is divided into a pulverizing section 1a and a drying section 1b and frame burners 2a and 2b are respectively installed to the sections 1a and 1b in such a way that the burners 2a and 2b are directed to the bottoms sections of the tank 1. In the pulverizing section 1a, a supplied object 22 to be treated is pulverized and roughly dried while the whole body of the object 22 is agitated and, in the drying section 1b, the half-treated object from the pulverizing section 1a is completely dried. The flame burners 2a and 2b are composed of jet nozzles having initial jetting speeds of the acoustic speed velocity of slower.
