PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wear of a ramp by preparing a thin film which is mainly composed of carbon in a slider attaching side of a suspension. SOLUTION: A thin film 5 of a prescribed film thickness which is mainly composed of carbon is imparted with a dry film forming method onto the surface of the side supporting a slider 1 of a suspension in which a gimbal 2 and a mount 4 are joined to a load beam 3. An inclination is formed in a ramp guide part, the tip end of a load beam 3 of a magnetic head is transferred on the inclination, and whereby a load/unload is executed. Therefore, the magnetic head is allowed to access an optional place of the magnetic disk with rotational motion of a carriage and a rotation of a spindle motor, a load beam ramp part 3a is transferred on the ramp guide part having the inclination, and load/unload operation is executed. A thin film which is mainly composed of carbon may be imparted onto the surface of the ramp in the same way as the suspension.
