PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure and delete a static object in a common library by deciding even the common library as an object of retrieval when a structuring function and a deleting function for a static object in a temporary file are retrieved. SOLUTION: After a temporary file 7 is generated by linking an object file group 3, a static library 5, and the common library 6 together, a static data processing part 8 inputs those files by static structuring and deleting function acquiring means 81 and 83 so as to obtain static structuring and deleting functions in the temporary file 7 and the static structuring and annihilation functions in the common library 6, and then obtains the names of the static structuring and deleting functions present in the respective files. Static structuring and deleting function call function generating means 82 and 84 generate static structuring and deleting function source files 9 and 10 so as to call variables having the names of the static structuring and deleting functions that the acquiring means 81 and 83 have obtained as elements of an array as functions in the order of the individual elements of the array.
