These compounds, which are useful as antagonists of dopamine D4 receptors. Are of the formulae (I) or (II) where R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; X is N or CH; and R3 is phenyl, naphthyl, heteroaryl, substituted phenyl, substituted naphthyl or substituted heteroaryl, where each substituent is independently selected from halogen, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl, -CN, -CF3, or sulphonamido, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, amides, and prodrugs thereof. |
